Virginia Rose Arnold is currently the District 9 Commander, she also serves as her Post QM/Adjutant. She joined the VFW as a Life Member in 2008, became active in 2013 at Post 1548 in Libby, MT where her father served as Post Commander. She became a member of the Post's House Committee and began serving in her District in several positions from Surgeon until she became District Commander and earned All-American in 2016-2017. She continued into the Department of Montana chairs, serving as Department JVC in 2018. Rose resigned as the Department's SVC in 2019 when she moved to TN with her family. Rose earned her eligibility to the VFW serving in Iraq 2007-2008 as an 88N (Transportation Management Coordinator), mostly in Camp Cedar II.
