Location:

Dollywood's HeartSong Resort in Pigeon Forge TN.

1. book only the three days of the convention. using their reservation number1-800-365-5996 or use this Link

2. If you desire any of the 2 days prior or 2 days post the convention contact  Amy Whitworth at amy.whitworth@dollywood.com 

    a. Send Amy an email telling her which days you want to you add to your reservation.

        1 Make sure to give her your reservation number and name.

        2. tell her what days you desire to add.4

    b. She add the days you requested to your reservation and send you an updated reservation

BOOK EARLY rooms are limited or risk paying the full price.

 

Rooms prices are set at $199 plus tax.

I apologize for the price, the normal price is $350 and up.

These low room rates can be extended 2 days before or after the convention if you want to take advantage of being in the area with your family.

 

The HeartSong Resort is a quiet facility surrounded by forest and is located a few miles from Pigeon Forge TN.

There is a free shuttle to and from DollyWood, when you have tickets.

It will also take you to DreamMore resort, a HeartSong's sister resort.

 

There was a great seafood buffet at DreamMore on Friday nights when I went, reservations are recommended.

HeartSong is a 2 years old facility. It's clean with lots of small group sitting areas.

It has 2 swimming pools of good size, and a splash pad for the kids.

Food available on site range in choices from prepackaged sandwiches at Songbird Market which serves Starbucks coffee from 6:30 AM to 10:00 pm to sit-down restaurant at the Ember & Elm for Breakfast and Supper. There is a lunch area called the High Note that does chicken fingers, salads, and burgers.  Link

Heart Song has several 1-2 hour day camps each day for children with crafts and entertainment called Camp DW. Look on their website for more information. Link

 

Breakfast:

We are offering tickets for HeartSong's breakfast buffet at $15 a person.

You must pre-order through the department.

They can be used any morning of the convention.

Full price buffet tickets are $23 a person at the resort.

Tickets must be ordered prior to 21 May.

I ate there in December, it is well worth the money.

Banquet:

The Dinner Banquet will be Saturday evening 30 May.

Pre-registration  price is $60, full price after 21 May will be $75.

Banquet and breakfast tickets are non-refundable, so plan ahead. 

A cash bar will start at 6:30 PM with dinner at 7:00 PM

Order your tickets on the registration form. 

 

We hope on having a band for your enjoyment at the Banquet.

Dress code is Business casual,

Collared shirt and slacks for the men, dress or slacks for the ladies.

Note: Hospitality room has less restrictions here and should provide a better menu than the last few locations have allowed. including hot food.
